Vegan Lentil Burger

First things first, I’m not a chef, or a food blogger, or anything close to the sort. BUT, I came up with this recipe and I’m so proud of it! It was super yummy! It was a hit with my hubs and kiddo, too!

I use all organic veggies and seasoning/spices/sauces

-2 cups cooked lentils
-1 cup oat flour
-1/4 cup water
-2 table spoons vegan Worcestershire sauce
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp paprika
-s&p to taste
-1 tbsp jarred tomato paste
-mustard and vegan bbq sauce to taste 
-liquid smoke

-preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
-mash cooked lentils leaving a little lumpy texture
-make oat flour using 2 cups rolled oats and put in food processor
-mix together all ingredients in a large bowl
-make into 6 patties and bake for 20 minutes



Top with whatever you please, but I used a sweet and spicy mustard sauce, tomato and lettuce
-1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
-2 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
